What we offer

À la carte

Lunch and dinner seven days a week. Our menu changes with the season and whatever the local farmers pull in that morning.

Tasting menu

A 7-course journey through our kitchen, paired with wines from small Valencian bodegas. Booking required.

Private events

Weddings, celebrations and corporate dinners for groups of 12 to 80, hosted in our vaulted back room.

Why choose us

01

Nothing frozen, nothing pre-made

Every sauce, stock and dough is made in-house on the day. If we run out, we run out.

02

40km sourcing radius

Vegetables, olive oil and meat come from farms no further than 40 km from the restaurant. We publish the list monthly.

03

Proper fire

Our main grill runs on holm oak charcoal at 400°C. There's a reason it's the centrepiece of the kitchen.

04

Natural wine list

80+ references, mostly from small producers across the Valencian, Alicantine and Castellón regions.
